How it works:

  1. Stretch to tension → rest

  2. Stretch again → rest

  3. Final stretch → rest before bonding

Screens That Stay Tight Longer

We don’t stretch once and call it good.

We work the mesh in controlled stages.

Why It Matters:

  • Holds high, stable tension across the life of the screen

  • Registers faster on press with less adjustment

  • Reduces ink consumption due to smoother ink flow

  • Prevents mesh distortion over repeated reclaim cycles

Details That Make a Difference

  • Repeatable Results

    Everything starts with consistency.
We focus on delivering screens that behave the same every time, print to print, job to job — no surprises.

  • Triple Tension Check

Mesh tension is inspected 3 times throughout the stretching process.
We also allow the mesh to rest before glue application to ensure stability and long-term hold.

  • Durable Epoxy Bond

We use a two-part polyurethane epoxy for bonds that hold under pressure and are chemically resistant, built for washout rooms, reclaiming, and daily shop abuse.

  • SAATI Mesh Standard

Our standard mesh is SAATI low-elongation monofilament polyester,
plasma-treated for better stencil adhesion, sharper detail, and longer screen life.
