Frequently Asked Questions

Once FSP receives your frames, you can expect to receive them back within 2-3 weeks.
-
100% period. This is something FSP believes in wholeheartedly. Sometimes shops offer an exchange program, where your exact frames are not returned to you. This can be very detrimental to shops who are sending quality frames and receiving inferior frames in return. With FSP, your exact frames returned is a guarantee.

Quality matters to us, and we care about the screens we send back to our customers. Remeshing and restretching aren’t side projects for us—this is our full-time focus. During a recent pickup, I ended up helping a shop pull mesh, and the experience was eye-opening. It made me genuinely proud of how our screens stack up against others. You can read more about that experience here.

Send us an email at stretchfsp@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to share pricing with you. We offer 2 different types of SAATI mesh (HiDro Thin Thread and HiTex Standard Mesh). Pricing varies by frame size, mesh count and mesh type.
-
We only use SAATI. Their looms, surface treatments, and weaving technology are the most advanced in the industry. Their consistency lets us push print quality and screen performance farther than other mesh options, which means better results for your shop.
-
We specialize in 20×24, 20×28, 23×31, and 25×36. However, we are capable of processing custom sizes, as well. Please email us for more information.

Screen remeshing, also called screen restretching or screen reclaiming, is the process of removing old mesh from aluminum screen printing frames and installing new, high-tension mesh for sharper, more consistent prints. Professional screen remeshing restores proper mesh tension, improves registration, reduces print defects, and extends the life of your screen printing equipment. This service is essential for textile screen printing, automatic and manual press setups, and shops that want consistent, high-quality results without replacing entire frames.
