SAATI HiTex Standard Mesh

Best for: everyday textile printing, bold designs, and heavier ink deposits.

Why:

  • Built with standard thread diameter, so it’s stronger and holds up longer under tension.

  • Great for plastisol inks, underbases, and prints needing a solid, opaque layer.

  • Handles higher off-contact and reclaiming cycles without losing stability.

SAATI HiDro Thin Thread Mesh

Best for: fine detail, soft-hand prints, and water-based or discharge inks.

Why:

  • Thinner thread profile increases open area → more ink flow with less pressure.

  • Provides better detail and smoother coverage with less ink consumption.

  • Ideal when printers want to reduce ink build-up or run faster flash times.
